We’re seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to specialise in the booming construction sector. You’ll work closely with contractors, developers, and consultancies to supply both temporary and permanent talent across trades, labour, and technical roles.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Run a full 360 recruitment desk in the construction sector.
• Supply skilled trades, labour, and technical professionals to clients.
• Source, screen, and manage candidates for site-based and office roles.
• Develop new business and grow existing accounts.
• Provide clients with market knowledge and workforce planning support.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years’ recruitment experience (construction background desirable).
• A track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
