About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant or Manager to transition into Professional Services/Executive Search, where you’ll partner with leading organisations on senior-level appointments. You’ll gain exposure to retained mandates, high-value client relationships, and complex search campaigns while building credibility in markets that are shaping the future in technology and infrastructure.
You’ll have the autonomy to build and grow your own desk, supported by an established research function and leadership team who’ll set you up for long-term success in executive-level recruitment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Generate sustainable revenue stream through your own client portfolio.
- Focus on building long-term & key client partnerships, advising on hiring strategies, and providing market insights.
- Responsibility of the direction and execution of your client requirements, guiding your team and monitoring outputs and mitigating risk.
- Support the delivery of the P&L for your division.
- Growing your own client partnerships with autonomy and accountability, supported by an expert team.
- Staying at the forefront of global market trends across advanced industries.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ recruitment experience with a proven billing track record.
- Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills.
- Ambition to step into executive search and work on senior-level mandates.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to spot opportunities in complex markets.
- Resilience, adaptability, and an entrepreneurial, proactive approach.
