Telesales Manager

Location: Bristol

Salary: £40,000 + performance bonus (OTE £50,000–£60,000)

Sector: Call Centre

Contract: Full-time, permanent (Mon–Fri, plus every other Saturday with a day in lieu)

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Telesales Manager to lead, motivate, and grow a thriving telesales team. You’ll be at the forefront of driving revenue growth, improving call centre operations, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and has a proven record of exceeding targets.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead, manage and inspire a telesales team to exceed performance targets.
  • Recruit, train, and onboard telesales staff, ensuring high-quality standards.
  • Monitor KPIs, call metrics, and conversion rates to improve results.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to drive sales campaigns.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and appraisals.
  • Oversee day-to-day call centre operations, identifying opportunities for added value.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven leadership experience as a Telesales Manager or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM and telephony systems.
  • A track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
  • Strong organisational and analytical abilities.
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset with the resilience to thrive under pressure.
