What You’ll Be Doing
- Building relationships with candidates and clients within the tech market
- Sourcing and interviewing high-quality candidates for specialist roles
- Managing the full recruitment process from initial contact through to offer stage
- Developing new business opportunities and supporting client growth
- Learning market trends within the technology sector
- Working towards individual and team sales targets
- Building your personal brand within a fast-growing industry
What We’re Looking For
- Degree educated (any discipline considered)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, recruitment, business development, or a target-driven environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ambitious, resilient, and motivated by success
- Interest in technology and the recruitment industry
- Confident working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
