We’re looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join a growing legal recruitment team in Bristol, working with national law firms and legal organisations across the UK. This is a true 360 recruitment role where you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, combining business development, client management, and candidate delivery within a high-performing market.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who is commercially driven, relationship-focused, and looking to build a successful long-term career within specialist recruitment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing the full 360 recruitment process from business development through to placement
- Building and developing relationships with national law firms and legal clients
- Sourcing, interviewing, and managing high-quality legal professionals
- Winning new business opportunities and growing existing accounts
- Managing multiple live vacancies across the legal sector
- Negotiating offers and managing the recruitment process end-to-end
- Developing market knowledge and becoming a specialist within your niche
- Working towards individual and team revenue targets
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous recruitment or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded with a proactive and driven attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong organisational and negotiation skills
