We’re looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join a growing professional services recruitment team in Bristol, working with national finance organisations across the UK. This is a true 360 recruitment role where you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, combining business development, client management, and candidate delivery within a high-performing market.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who is commercially driven, relationship-focused, and looking to build a successful long-term career within specialist recruitment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing the full 360 recruitment process from business development through to placement 
  • Building and developing relationships 
  • Sourcing, interviewing, and managing high-quality finance professionals 
  • Winning new business opportunities and growing existing accounts 
  • Managing multiple live vacancies across the finance sector 
  • Negotiating offers and managing the recruitment process end-to-end 
  • Developing market knowledge and becoming a specialist within your niche 
  • Working towards individual and team revenue targets 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous recruitment or sales experience preferred 
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills 
  • Commercially minded with a proactive and driven attitude 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment 
  • Strong organisational and negotiation skills 
  • Ambitious, resilient, and motivated by progression and earning potential 
  • Interest in the finance sector and professional services recruitment
