About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant specialising in Architecture, you’ll be working with world-renowned design studios, architectural practices, and consultancies, helping them to find the creative talent they need to thrive. This is a 360 role where you’ll take ownership of your desk, manage client relationships, and support candidates in finding their next career-defining move.

You’ll gain exposure to some of the most exciting projects and practices in the industry, while also having the opportunity to develop your market, shape your desk, and build a reputation as a go-to specialist recruiter in the architectural space.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process across architecture and design roles.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with top-tier architectural practices and design consultancies.
  • Sourcing, engaging, and managing candidates across junior to senior levels.
  • Driving new business development and expanding your client portfolio.
  • Advising clients on market trends, salary benchmarking, and talent strategies.
  • Negotiating offers and ensuring smooth placements from start to finish.
  • Owning and developing your market niche, with autonomy to grow your desk.
  • Representing both client and candidate interests with integrity and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years’ recruitment experience (architecture, design, or related sector highly desirable).
  • Proven success in managing the full 360 recruitment cycle.
  • Confidence in developing new business and managing client relationships.
  • Knowledge or strong interest in architecture, design, or creative industries.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Driven, commercial, and ambitious, with the ability to deliver results.
