You’ll work with high-volume clients, from warehouse & fullfilment centres to logistics firms, sourcing skilled candidates who keep the supply chain moving.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle within the industrial, transport, and logistics market.
- Build strong client partnerships across warehousing, distribution, and transport.
- Source, interview, and place candidates in high-volume and specialist roles.
- Advise clients on hiring trends, compliance, and workforce planning.
- Grow your market share and develop long-term client relationships.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience in recruitment (industrial/transport/logistics desirable).
- Proven billing track record in a fast-paced market.
- Strong organisational and candidate management skills.
- Driven, resilient, and ambitious with a consultative approach.
