Are you an experienced recruiter with a proven track record of billing success and team leadership?
We’re looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Billing Manager to lead from the front, managing your own desk while overseeing, mentoring, and developing a team of recruiters. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and wants to play a key role in driving growth and performance.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing and developing a team of recruitment consultants, driving performance and accountability
- Leading by example through consistent personal billing and business development activity
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships across your specialist market
- Coaching, mentoring, and supporting consultants to maximise performance and progression
- Driving team strategy, pipeline management, and revenue growth
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition through to placement
- Monitoring KPIs, team performance, and market opportunities
- Creating a positive, high-performance team culture
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5+ years of recruitment experience within a 360 recruitment environment
- Previous experience managing, mentoring, or leading a recruitment team
- Proven billing track record with strong business development capabilities
- Commercially driven with a results-focused mindset
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate, develop, and retain top talent
- Highly organised with excellent stakeholder management skills
