This is an exciting opportunity for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join a high-performing Manchester team in a true 360 recruitment role, working with innovative organisations across the technology and engineering landscape.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement
- Building and developing relationships with new and existing technology clients
- Sourcing and managing high-quality technology professionals across specialist markets
- Winning new business opportunities and growing client accounts
- Managing multiple vacancies across areas including software engineering, cloud, AI, cyber, infrastructure, web3, and digital transformation
- Conducting candidate interviews, negotiations, and offer management
- Becoming a market specialist within your chosen technology vertical
- Working towards individual revenue targets and contributing to team growth
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 – 3 years’ experience within recruitment
- Proven ability to build relationships and develop business opportunities
- Commercially driven with a strong motivation to succeed
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Resilient, ambitious, and target-oriented
- Interest in technology, innovation, and digital transformation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
