We’re seeking a commercially driven Senior Recruitment Consultant & Team Lead to take ownership of a specialist Go‑To‑Market (GTM) desk within the deep‑tech and emerging‑technology space. This hybrid role combines high‑performance 360 recruitment with the opportunity to build and lead a team, offering a clear pathway into leadership.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle across GTM roles including Sales, Pre‑Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Partnerships and Marketing.
- Driving business development through insight‑led client engagement and market expertise.
- Building and maintaining a high‑quality network of GTM professionals within advanced technology markets.
- Recruiting, mentoring and developing junior consultants to create a high‑performing GTM team.
- Leading on KPIs, pipeline management and performance standards.
- Providing market intelligence on hiring trends, compensation, and talent flows.
- Representing the brand at industry events and contributing to strategic growth initiatives.
What we’re looking for:
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in 360 recruitment with consistent billing performance.
- Proven success placing GTM or commercial roles within technology or deep‑tech sectors.
- Strong commercial acumen with confidence owning a desk P&L and driving new business.
- Genuine interest in AI, Deep Tech, IoT or emerging‑technology markets.
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior consultants, with ambition to step into formal leadership.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders.
- (Desirable) Existing GTM network, experience in boutique recruitment, or international placement exposure.
